Perlato is leading company in the production of:
- hydraulic manifolds of various sizes and weights characterized by extreme precision and excellent finish, according to the drawing specifications (sizes up to 4000 x 2500 x 3000 mm, and weight up to 10 tons)
- large components for the material plastic deformation industry (weight up to 15 tons).
The company uses latest generation machinery, including:
- CNC machining centres: of various sizes with stroke up to max X2000 Y2200 Z2600 and 10 ton maximum capacity;
- CNC drilling machines to execute deep holes down to 3000 mm;
- CNC grinding machines with stroke: X5000, Y1100, Z1050;
- Manganese Phosphating system, to treat parts up to 2200 x 1000 x 800 mm;
- CNC boring machines for the production of large precision mechanical components up to 15 tons.
